Salary Range: $140k – $145k

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to provide expertise in core network infrastructure management. This role is 100% remote, unless specifically called to attend a meeting at the customer’s site. You’ll work closely with teammates to manage critical enterprise network operations, ensuring security, performance, and connectivity across both domestic and international offices.


What You’ll Do

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will:

  • Manage core network infrastructure to ensure reliability and security.
  • Validate weekly and monthly ISP reports and support SSL certificate renewals.
  • Provide network connectivity support for users across domestic and international offices.
  • Deliver hardware and cabling support on-site as needed.
  • Utilize Network Access Control (NAC) and monitoring tools to track and manage network performance.
  • Block/unblock IPs, monitor suspicious traffic, and perform firmware/software upgrades on Cisco ASAs, routers, and switches in alignment with cybersecurity guidance.
  • Maintain and configure network security groups, routes, and firewall rules in AWS and Azure environments.
  • Support and manage circuits and connections, as well as subnets, VNets, and VPCs in cloud environments.
  • Respond promptly to outages and other network-related incidents, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

What We’re Looking For

  • U.S. Citizen Top-Secret SCI Eligible.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in network engineering or related IT fields.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or under general direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • One or more of the following: CCNP, CCIE, CCNA, F5, ITIL, CCDP, CCISP, SP, JNCIP, AWS.
  • Prior experience supporting federal government environments.
